Prediction for SRU Football Game

Hello everybody! Today, I’m going to dive straight in and try to predict SRU’s playoff matchup against Shepherd. Going into this matchup, the Rock is an impressive 11-0. They seem to be clicking on all cylinders in all aspects of the game of football. However, let’s not underestimate that Shepherd does deserve a place in this years playoffs. They beat a good team in IUP last week but, I do not believe they will get past this years Slippery Rock team. I predict that SRU will edge this one out with a final score of 41-33.

SRU To Play Shepherd

SRU’s football team is set to play Shepherd in the second round of the playoffs. This Slippery Rock team is by far the most talented team I’ve witnessed since I enrolled at slippery rock. I believe with our strong offense, we will be able to roll past Shepherd. Go Rock!

SRU Women's Basketball Drops 2 Games

Slippery Rock's Women's basketball team lost both of their outings over this past weekend. The team seemed to lack rebounding and lacked rhythm on offense. There is no need to panic, it is only the beginning of the season. I believe that this team will rebound and win their next game.

Will Slippery Rock Beat Shippensburg?

SRU's Women's basketball team plays in their home opener today against Shippensburg University. Both teams sit with a record of two wins and two losses, however, Slippery Rock's wins have been really close. You could make the case that this team is a couple of made baskets from being winless but, their strong group of women has helped them to a .500 record. I have had the luxury to watch the SRU women's team practice and I believe that they have some good potential this season. With that being said, I think that this team will beat Shippensburg by at least 10 points.
